ZETO Verified LLC is looking for a motivated, professional Remote Customer Service Specialist to help prospective learners enroll in our online transportation training courses.
What You’ll Do:
- Contact applicants who have expressed interest in ZETO training courses.
- Follow up with applicants who have submitted their resumes or requested information.
- Explain course options, schedules, pricing, and enrollment requirements.
- Answer questions and provide excellent customer service.
- Follow up with interested applicants who have not completed registration.
- Assist applicants with the online enrollment process.
- Maintain accurate applicant and enrollment records.
- Help prospective learners take the next step toward starting their transportation career.
Ideal Candidate:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Comfortable speaking with applicants by phone.
- Professional, friendly, and organized.
- Strong follow-up skills.
- Sales, recruiting, admissions, or customer service experience is a plus.
- Must be dependable and comfortable working remotely.
- Must have your own phone, computer and internet.
Compensation: $13.00 - $13.00 per hour
