About the Position
ZETO VERIFIED is seeking motivated, dependable individuals to join our team as Remote Owner-Operator Recruiters. The ideal candidate will help us connect with owner-operators and independent trucking carriers interested in our dispatching and transportation support services.
Job Responsibilities
- Contact and follow up with owner-operators using company-provided leads.
- Introduce ZETO VERIFIED’s services and carrier partnership opportunities.
- Explain our dispatching and back-office support services.
- Build relationships with prospective carriers.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and recruitment activity.
- Convert qualified carrier leads into completed registrations.

Compensation
Earn $25 for every carrier lead successfully closed.
This is a commission-based opportunity. Compensation is earned for each carrier that completes the required registration and onboarding process.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Professional telephone and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Reliable computer, phone, and internet access.
- Previous recruiting, sales, trucking, or transportation experience is a plus but not required.
